Great processor, don't really like DDR2 memory...
Pretty decent 4350 card but not the best

Considering you have already placed the order, it maybe a bit late to ask if it is any good? The good news is that for the price quoted it's a bargain. Have fun

Buy an alienware? seriously? I'd just build my own, which I did with this computer and its not too hard.... but that computer is a reasonable price and specs, so it'll work wonders, plus you can always upgrade it in the future.

That is a nice little setup, it is MUCH better than our previous setup! Although i would think about upgrading that processor in the future and strongly do NOT reccomend Windows 7!!
And your monitor, is it VGA, DVI or HDMI inputs? I strongly recommend you leave out the HDMI and just run straight DVI from the video card to the monitor, HDMI I found to be abit crap but DVI is just great.

Batman, why don't you recomend windows 7? I've had it for months, works a lot better than Vista, and XP.... is just useless, it was good in its day but its finally been surpassed, by about 6 miles, and a 64 bit OS is the way to go for more than 3gb ram. Also, HDMI works fine... I run it on my tv and use that as my monitor when I am being lazy and laying in bed, and my computer monitor also supports it though I haven't run it yet, will do later to see if it is 'crap' DVI works but its a standard that is going to be replaced sooner or later.

I was going to upgrade the one I'm on at the moment.. But after working out decent parts, it was just cheaper to buy a new fresh PC. The one I'm on is my first ever PC still It's about 6-7 years old :L

HDMI I found to be crap quality, for a TV screen it is good but non-HD games running through HDMI I found to be useless! Also gave me bad resolutions on my monitor. DVI fixed all of this but thats just from my personal experience 'Rusting Away' can use what he wants, Im simply giving him other options. Windows 7 I have found to be alot faster than other operating systems but I have found much compatability issues with certain programs Again, just my personal experience. Do what you want it makes no difference to me. Im simply posting my opinion just like everyone else.

Yea Im not saying don't get it cause its a really fast operating system just don't be supprised if you have some compatability problems with some software/hardware. These problems should be fixed through time with Windows Updates Good luck!

the HDD is way too small, and DDR2 is being phased out. Other than that, it's a decent bargin
