GeForce FX 5200 256 MB PCI Graphics Card is this a good card for high reflection or not

Well it should be good on high reflection. Because i run a 5 year old video card and its not even shader 3 and i have great reflections.

some ati cards arnt good for high reflections so idk ive been trying to get high reflection but cant get them

The 5200 is a very old card now and it might give you ok performance in THIS game but not any newer games.

why not try the Palit GT240 1Gb DDR3 Card i have this one atm and it rocks, overclocked as well runs GTA IV like a dream

The GeForce FX 5200 256 MB is 3 years older than your current card... i.e. IT WOULD BE WORSE.
So no, it sucks. Nowadays, you want a DX10 card at least, with at least 512 onboard memory.
