Just fly dc9 visual style, but the autopilot style always gotta baby chit chat with control control. Really wanna learn how to fly 737 FMC module becuase than you can program it to fly at certain vector and it lands at the correct runway.
The vitrual flights online are hard from what I read they make you follow navigation and alitutude charts to the tee. Better for me to learn DC3s single prop planes. Some, VTC airlines require billion hours of flying.

Well,Gizmo, it is very hard at start, but you will get familiar in a while (not short, but never long) Just watch some videos on Youtube about FMC programming on FS Then youll have an easier flight, with Lnav and Vnav

i fly fs9 offline mostly now. i flew with kelownaair. for about 2,500 hours. then i retierd from there. i used to fly on vatsim. but there airtraffic controlers talked to fast to be able to understand them. so i left them.
Recently reinstalled FSX along with FS Passengers and everything from World of AI along wih everything else I have kicking around from ORBX etc. God what a pain in the behind that was! Have to say FS Passengers is really a neat way to play FSX now if you dont wnt to fly for VA's. Currently on C3 Rating working my way up slowly to an A380 but stuck with a Mooney Bravo atm till I can get the hours and points up. Highly reccomend it to all of you for extra fun.
